What is trading psychology?

Been doing a lot of thinking lately, you know, about this whole trading business, particularly the psychology behind it. I mean, what's it all about, really? 'Cause it's not just about numbers and charts, right? How much does our mindset impact our approach to buying and selling? Does it make or break the deal, so to speak? Seems like a whole science in itself. Any insights or personal experiences? What's your take on this, folks?

Trading psychology is all about managing your emotions while trading. It's the difference between making a well-planned trade versus making reactive, emotional decisions which could lead to losses. The key is developing a disciplined trading plan and sticking to it, and that, my friends, is easier said than done. Thoughts?

Nah, I don't buy it. This whole idea of 'trading psychology,' seems like a bunch of mumbo-jumbo to me. How about you guys?
