How can I prevent burnout from excessive trading?

Been anchoring myself to my trading desk for a solid 80 hours a week. Yeah, you heard that right. The hustle and bustle of the stock market, that's what has been my life and I gotta say, it's getting pretty exhausting. I love trading, no doubt about that, but burnout has started gnawing at me. Well, mate, trading can make you feel like a hamster on a wheel, constantly running and getting nowhere. Some say the key is to slow down, smell the roses. Easier said than done, right? Listen, you ever heard of the Pomodoro Technique? It's not a new Italian pasta dish, I swear! It's working for 25 minutes and then taking a 5-minute break. Funny thing is, it works!
